Jason Kassin is a technology entrepreneur and pioneering entertainment industry executive. As Founder and CEO of FilmTrack, Kassin charted the course from startup

through private equity raises, multiple acquisitions, and a successful exit to City National Bank. During that time, Kassin raised over 140 million USD from private equity and strategic investors while managing both-buy side and sell-side M&A transactions on behalf of the company.

Stephen is an entrepreneur, investor, advisor, and experienced senior executive. From his early days as founder of Peak Experience, an adventure travel company, to his recent experience as Co-Founder and President of FilmTrack, Stephen has been instrumental in building and enabling value creation. As President of FilmTrack, Stephen negotiated and navigated significant private equity investments, founded, acquired, and sold numerous related ventures, and had a successful exit to City National Bank.

 Steve Lubin is an experienced M&A advisor, entrepreneur, corporate development executive and early-stage investor in the technology and media space. Steve is a Venture Partner with Textbook Ventures, a NYC-based pre-seed fund focused on digital marketing, adtech, martech and climate tech investing and a Partner at Caspian Hill Group with a focus on monetizing recognition technologies.
